I lost another kg today. So now, I have lost a total of 6 kg in 3 weeks. Good job!!! Syabbas beti!!! *congratulates self*

And oh, I used Happy Abs on my thighs today ( after such a long time!) and after the third time, the blood vein sort of burst inside the skin? it was all red, but it didn't bleed.

I wonder why it happened?

So after that, I read the manual and it said u can't use it for more than 30 minutes non-stop. err, i think i used it for more than 1 hour non-stop. O.o
